1. Who we are
4UApps is a trading name of Drayton Digital Limited. Our registration details and business address are shown in the company details on this page.
We are the controller of personal information used to run this website, respond to enquiries and manage our customer relationships. This policy explains those activities. Where we process information within an app on a client’s behalf, that work is covered by the relevant service agreement and the app’s own privacy information.
2. Information we collect
The information involved depends on how you interact with us:
- Enquiries and callbacks: your name, contact details, business details and the information you choose to include about your project.
- Customer relationships: project requirements, correspondence, support requests, account details, billing details and transaction records where needed to provide our services.
- Website operation: technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser details and error or security logs may be processed by the hosting service to deliver and protect the site.
- Cookie notice: whether you have acknowledged the essential-cookie notice, stored on your browser as described below.
Please only send information needed for your enquiry. Do not include passwords, payment card details or sensitive personal information in a general contact request. If information is needed to arrange or deliver a service, we will explain what is required.
3. How we use information

| Producing and supporting apps, managing accounts and communicating about a project. | Performance of a contract with an individual, or legitimate interests in managing relationships with business customers and their representatives. |
| Billing, accounting and records required by law. | Contract administration and compliance with legal obligations, as applicable. |
| Operating the website, investigating errors and protecting against misuse. | Our legitimate interest in providing a reliable and secure service. |
We use information for the relevant enquiry or service, rather than collecting it for advertising profiles. This website has no analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies.
5. Keeping your information
We keep information for as long as needed for the purpose for which it was provided. For enquiries, this includes answering the request and any relevant follow-up. For customer records, this includes delivering the project, providing ongoing support and meeting accounting, legal or dispute-related requirements.
Retention depends on the type of record, the status of the enquiry or customer relationship, applicable legal requirements and whether a dispute needs to be resolved. Information that is no longer needed should be deleted or anonymised. You can contact us about the retention of a particular record.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information. No website or communication method can guarantee complete security.
7. Your rights
Depending on the circumstances and lawful basis, you can ask to access your information, correct it, erase it, restrict its use or receive a portable copy. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests. If we rely on consent for a particular activity, you can withdraw it without affecting earlier lawful processing.
These rights are subject to the conditions and exceptions in data protection law. Contact us to make a request. We may need enough information to confirm your identity, and will explain any reason we cannot fulfil a request.
We do not use this website to make decisions about you based solely on automated processing that have legal or similarly significant effects.
8. Contact and complaints
For a privacy question or rights request, use our contact form, call 0333 332 1000 or write to us at the business address shown on this page. Please mark your request “Privacy”.
